    工藝設計

      1.電(dian)池行業超純水(shui)設備采用離(li)子交換方式,其流程如下:

      原水(shui)(shui)→原水(shui)(shui)加壓(ya)泵→多(duo)介質(zhi)過濾器(qi)→活性炭(tan)過濾器(qi)→軟水(shui)(shui)器(qi)→精(jing)密過濾器(qi)→陽樹脂(zhi)(zhi)過濾床(chuang)→陰(yin)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)過濾床(chuang)→陰(yin)陽樹脂(zhi)(zhi)混床(chuang)→微孔過濾器(qi)→用水(shui)(shui)點

      2.電池(chi)行業超純水設備采用兩級反滲透方式,其流程如下:

      原(yuan)水(shui)→原(yuan)水(shui)加壓(ya)泵→多(duo)介質過濾器(qi)→活性炭過濾器(qi)→加藥裝置→精(jing)密過濾器(qi)→第一級(ji)(ji)反滲透(tou) →PH調節→中間(jian)水(shui)箱(xiang)→第二級(ji)(ji)反滲透(tou)(反滲透(tou)膜(mo)表面(mian)帶(dai)正電(dian)荷)→純(chun)化水(shui)箱(xiang)→純(chun)水(shui)泵→陰陽樹(shu)脂混床→微孔過濾器(qi)→用水(shui)點

      3.電池行業超純水設備采用(yong)EDI方(fang)式(shi),其流程如下(xia):

      原(yuan)水→原(yuan)水加壓泵→多介質過濾器→活性炭過濾器→加藥裝置→精(jing)密過濾器→第一級(ji)反(fan)滲透 →PH調節→中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)水箱(xiang)→第二級(ji)反(fan)滲透→中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)水箱(xiang)→中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)水泵→EDI系統→微(wei)孔(kong)過濾器→用水點

    設備特點

      1.第一(yi)種采用離(li)子交(jiao)換(huan)樹脂,其優點在于初投資(zi)少,占(zhan)用的地方(fang)少,但缺點就是需要經常進行離(li)子再生,耗(hao)費(fei)大量酸(suan)堿(jian),而且對環境(jing)有一(yi)定(ding)的破壞性。

      2.第(di)二種采用(yong)兩級(ji)反滲透設備,其特點(dian)為初(chu)投次(ci)比采用(yong)離子交換(huan)樹脂方式(shi)要(yao)高(gao),但無須樹脂再生。其缺點(dian)在(zai)于相(xiang)關膜原件(jian)需定(ding)期清洗或更(geng)換(huan),水(shui)質(zhi)相(xiang)對來說不是太高(gao),大都(dou)只能做到1us/cm左右,所以在(zai)不質(zhi)要(yao)求(qiu)更(geng)高(gao)的(de)時候常采用(yong)一級(ji)反滲透后(hou)面再用(yong)混(hun)床(chuang)(陰陽(yang)復(fu)床(chuang))把關。

      3.第三種采(cai)用反滲透作預處理再配上(shang)電去離子(EDI)裝置,這(zhe)是目(mu)前制(zhi)取超純(chun)水(shui)(shui)最經濟,最環保的超純(chun)水(shui)(shui)制(zhi)備工藝,不(bu)需要用酸堿進行再生便可連續制(zhi)取超純(chun)水(shui)(shui),對環境(jing)沒什么破壞性。其缺點在于(yu)初投(tou)資(zi)相(xiang)對以上(shang)兩種方式過(guo)于(yu)昂貴(gui)。

    技術參數

      1、脫(tuo)鹽率高(gao),效率遠(yuan)遠(yuan)高(gao)于兩級反(fan)滲透和單純的(de)離子交換。

      2、離子(zi)交換樹脂不需用(yong)(yong)酸(suan)堿再生,節約大量酸(suan)堿和(he)清洗用(yong)(yong)水(shui),降低勞動強度。

      3、較傳統的(de)離子(zi)交換法脫鹽節約樹脂95%以上。

      4、產水電阻率15~18MΩ·cm,pH6.5~7.0,硅<1.0ppb,徹底(di)無菌(jun)。

      5、自動化程度(du)高,易維護,可設計成完善的膜技術(shu)高純水生產線(xian)。

      6、清(qing)潔(jie)生產,無廢水處理(li)問題(ti),利于環(huan)保。

      7、占地(di)面積小,單一(yi)系統連(lian)續運轉,不需建(jian)設備用系統。
